Hi mum,
Been a tiring and tearful day. continually thinking of you, hearing your voice, your birthday has now passed and your beautiful headstone is finally now in place and you have a proper resting place.
The loss of you is a wound that people say will heal in time. people lie like cheap watches.
no amount of time will ever heal the pain and loss felt by not just myself but all who knew and loved you so so much.
be good and remember all of us because we will meet again

Hey mum, I been out today buying garden bits and bobs, trying to get garden looking nice for your memorial plaque. Of course I may have overdone it I got pots and seeds and compost everywhere. Really missing you especially today.
You should have been with me whilst shopping and am feeling robbed that your not here anymore. You are my last thought of an evening and my first thought in the morning. And then even during day. Isn’t getting any easier.
